Established neighborhood community in Longboat Key, Sarasota. Homes here trade as resales through the MLS, so pricing is set by recent Longboat Key Estates sales rather than a builder price sheet.
Longboat Key is a 10-mile barrier island between Sarasota and Anna Maria Island, known for Gulf-to-bay estates, club communities and a quiet, low-density feel.
Sarasota spans downtown bayfront residences, the Palmer Ranch neighborhoods near Siesta Key, and newer master plans east of I-75. It combines arts and culture, strong healthcare, and some of the best-known beaches in the country.
