Established neighborhood community in Venice. Homes here trade as resales through the MLS, so pricing is set by recent East Gate sales rather than a builder price sheet.
Venice pairs a walkable historic downtown with Gulf beaches, golf communities along the Myakka River, and newer inland construction. It draws both full-time residents and seasonal buyers.

I set up a live MLS alert for East Gate so you see new listings, price drops and back-on-market homes first.
We tour the homes that fit, and I pull recent East Gate sales so you know what each one is really worth.
I negotiate price, inspection repairs and credits, then manage the file through closing.
East Gate questions
Can I buy new construction in East Gate?
East Gate is an established community, so homes are sold as resales through the MLS rather than by a builder. I can set up an instant alert so you see every new East Gate listing the day it hits the market.
Is East Gate a 55+ community?
No. East Gate is open to buyers of all ages.
Does East Gate have a CDD fee?
Many new communities in Sarasota County carry a CDD that appears on the property tax bill. I'll confirm whether East Gate has one and the exact amount before you commit.
