Established neighborhood community in Venice. Homes here trade as resales through the MLS, so pricing is set by recent Venice Gardens sales rather than a builder price sheet.
Venice pairs a walkable historic downtown with Gulf beaches, golf communities along the Myakka River, and newer inland construction. It draws both full-time residents and seasonal buyers.
